SurveyGizmo Opens Support Office in London

US-based online survey and analysis tool provider SurveyGizmo has opened a support office in London, as part of its plan to extend its services to international markets.

Founded in 2006 and based in Boulder, Colorado, SurveyGizmo offers software for the creation and distribution of online surveys to more than 195 countries. The company is owned by Widgix, LLC, which also operates the HelpGizmo and MarketGizmo brands.

The new London office will offer support and software training to those using SurveyGizmo's online survey tools during hours when the US office is closed. CEO and co-founder Christian Vanek (pictured) explains: 'Our customers' success is hugely important to us, and we want to ensure that our support team is available on their schedules. Over 42% of the people who use SurveyGizmo are located outside the US, so expanding our support presence to the international domain is a crucial next step.'
