Ipsos Healthcare Rolls Out Syndicated Services in MENA

Ipsos Healthcare has introduced its syndicated services to the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), to help drug companies better understand region-specific disease dynamics and physician prescribing habits, and plan for the launch of pharmaceutical drugs.

David TwinberrowThe syndicated services will complement the company's established custom healthcare research business in the region, combining its global expertise, approaches and quality standards with local market knowledge and presence. Central to the syndicated offer are the Global Therapy Monitors, which track patient usage of treatments covering disease areas such as oncology, cardiovascular and virology.

Ipsos' Global Oncology Monitor has already launched in MENA, with the Diabetes Therapy Monitor to follow shortly. A wide range of other Therapy Monitors, already running elsewhere in the world, will be made available in MENA; and the MENA-based team will also offer market sizing studies in key therapy areas on a syndicated basis.

David Twinberrow (pictured), Head of Syndicated Services, MENA & APAC, comments: 'We are excited about bringing a range of unique patient-based insights to this important region. Our first-to-market oncology and diabetes monitors, together with future monitors, will enable subscribers to answer a myriad of questions about their markets in MENA.'
