Instantly Hires Tech Veteran as EVP of Audiences

Research and technology firm Instantly has appointed tech exec Jim Collins as EVP of its Audiences division. Collins' remit is to continue growing the firm's consumer panel, while further optimizing panelist responsiveness and survey completion.

Jim CollinsInstantly, which was previously known as uSamp, offers an audience and insights platform giving researchers and marketers immediate access to consumer and other data. The firm is based in Los Angeles, with offices in the United States, Europe and Asia.

Collins (pictured) joins with a 25-year background in sales and customer experience roles. Most recently, he founded business consultancy Sycamore Canyon Strategies, and during his career he has also held senior roles at ad agency Bizmago, print fulfilment firm Pictage, telecoms business SkyTerra (formerly Mobile Satellite Ventures), and web services provider Affinity Internet Inc.
