Markelytics Opens Middle East Office
Research solutions and outsourcing firm Markelytics has expanded into the Middle East with the opening of an office in Dubai, and appointed Vinod Rao to lead it as Director - Research & Business Development.
The company provides a range of research solutions on a global platform, including MR outsourcing, online panels and project management, as well as full service survey work. Aside from the Emirates Markelytics Solutions MENA, which is based in Dubai's Opal Towers, will serve Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Iran, Iraq, Jordan & Lebanon.
Rao (pictured) joins with eleven years of experience in the sector, most recently at Kantar firm AMRB where he was a Senior Project Director. He worked a previous stint of three years at Markelytics, from February 2007, and either side of this had two spells at Feedback Business Consulting, totaling just under five years.
Company MD & CEO Jasal Shah, who is also one of the founders of online research alliance Union Panels, says the expansion reaffirms Markelytics' global business strategy and extends success achieved in the west over a decade to the new market. He welcomes Rao's 'sharp business acumen and excellent research skills' which he says will galvanise the firm's global efforts.
Markelytics Solutions Ltd. was established in 2003 and is part of Cross-Marketing Inc. which is listed on the Tokyo Stock exchange but headquartered in Bangalore, India with offices in Singapore, Japan and the US as well as New Delhi and Mumbai.
