Jibunu Debuts RICK Focus Group Tool

US-based marketing and MR technology firm Jibunu has launched a focus group tool rejoicing in the name of RICK (Roundtable Interview Conversation Kickstarter).

The company says RICK enables more in-depth focus group conversations and the sharing of opinions, allowing a moderator to focus on the exchange of ideas while the tool takes care of logging and monitoring the views of participants: it also claims to help to avoid biased responses, provide insight into key factors changing opinions, manage and display stimulus materials, and assist with groups where participants are not all in the same facility.

The tool present participants with a number of quant questions, feeding their answers to the backroom and also to the moderator who can display results via graphs, word clouds and heatmaps, among other options.

Company President Ken Berry says RICK is 'The perfect marriage of the qualitative and quantitative worlds', and adds: 'RICK's ability to be administered remotely has allowed clients to leverage technology to save time and money while getting more in-depth feedback'.
