Video Analyst LivingLens Hires Three in UK

Liverpool, UK-based video analysis specialist LivingLens has hired Andrew Mitchell as Global Commercial Director, Matt Marontate as Business Development Director, and Adam Cooper as Head of Technology.

Andrew Mitchell, Matt Marontate and Adam CooperThe firm, which was launched by Curiosity Insight founder Carl Wong and retail sector specialist David Woods, offers a mobile app platform through which clients can tap into feedback gathered from consumer videos shot on their mobile devices. Its software allows users to capture, edit and share consumer videos, and intelligently search every spoken word captured in any video, in any language. Last month, LivingLens raised £1m in funding to expand its client servicing function, and to develop additional video technology.

Mitchell joins with more than twenty years' insight and tech experience, and spent the past seven at IRI, latterly as International Sales Director, Technology Solutions. In his new role, he will drive the firm's global growth and develop key relationships with major brands and agencies.

Most recently, Marontate worked for research and tech firm Vision Critical, originally in Toronto and then in the UK as Manager, Business Development - FMCG & Retail. In his new role, Marontate is tasked with driving global growth through new client relationships.

Cooper previously ran his own consultancy, and joins with twenty years' experience of building software across a range of industries. His new focus will be on leading the Technology team and ensuring the delivery of LivingLens' technology.
