Bdifferent Debuts Syndicated Asia Asset Manager Study

UK-based financial services research specialist Bdifferent has launched its first syndicated study for asset managers operating across Asia.

Kim BellLaunched fifteen years ago, Bdifferent provides research in areas including brand and communications tracking, ad pre-testing, NPD, consumer attitude and sentiment analysis. In June, the firm expanded to Asia with the opening of an office in the Marina Bay Financial Centre in Singapore.

The new study, building on the experience of a syndicated UK study of asset management the firm launch in 2003, aims to gives asset managers for insight into the distribution of funds across Singapore, Hong Kong and Taiwan, and will include input from decision-makers across Asia.

Founding Director Kim Bell (pictured) comments: 'Prior to our set up in Singapore in February this year, we asked asset management companies in the region what their information needs were. Unbiased and objective information from senior fund selectors was their prime concern, together with the ability to benchmark their brand in the market, and this study will give them exactly that and more'.
