Confirmit Upgrade to Help Large-Scale Surveys

Research software firm Confirmit has added a range of enhancements to its Horizons solution, supporting large-scale programs for omni-channel feedback capture, and personalized, role-based analysis.

Terry LawlorHorizons enables clients to conduct surveys using a variety of data collection methods - including web, telephone, paper and IVR - and channel them into a single feedback program. The new functionality includes a feature to improve personalization options; the extension of call center control to support for the new Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) rulings, which prevent auto-dialing to mobile/cell phones; and CAPI in more than 40 languages on Android and iOS. Confirmit has also added location and beacon-triggering to its Panel App, and enhanced mapping of multiple data sources in its consumer engagement SmartHub platform.

Terry Lawlor (pictured), EVP Product Management, explains: 'Delivering enhanced research productivity and a high-quality user experience that hides the complexity of very large-scale deployments was the driving force behind many of the new features and functionality. We continue to deliver on our vision for capturing and mapping all insights in one hub to extract maximum value from the data'.
