Future Thinking Restructures to Aid International Push
UK-based research / business intelligence firm Future Thinking has streamlined its company structure with a simplified offer.
The firm, which recently appointed Dan Young as Research Director and Head of its Quantum Lab in London, dropped the 'SPA' from the front of its name in the Spring, and said then it was preparing for 'aggressive' expansion. It will now offer a 'rationalised proposition' with a focus on 'three core client specialisms':- Launch: leading clients through the NPD and branding 'journey';
- Communicate: - helping them build relationships through ads, brand partnerships and sponsorship; and
- Experience: helping them improve customer satisfaction and revenue via an understanding of their preferences, attitudes and behaviour.
CEO Jon Priest (pictured) comments: 'Whilst our new name has conveyed to clients a clear understanding of what we provide, this change further helps to illustrate our offer and point of differentiation within the market. This is particularly important as we continue to push ahead with our international expansion plans'. The company already has a French subsidiary, formed as a joint venture in 2011.
