Surrey Agency Create Convo Adds to Staff, Services

Woking, UK-based MR and marketing services agency Create Convo has hired Oli Loughran as Marketing Manager, and added new services to its portfolio including neuromarketing and video engagement.

Loughran (pictured), previously Creative Director at corporate video production company VideoLynx, will both market the company itself and work on marketing projects for its clients.

The company was founded in July 2014 by Alastair Macmillan, whose previous employers include fast.map and ORC International, and who also serves as UK Business Director of CMNTY Corporation and Director of Beautiful Insights.

Macmillan says the new arrival is 'an exceptionally creative individual who has made huge impact across the business already', and that the new services - which also include management of crowdfunding campaigns and video production - all 'create further linkage between the research side and the marketing side of the agency'.
