Partnership for Consultant Networks
UK-based InsightBee, a service which gives access to the desk and primary research skills of a network of consultants via an online interface, has announced a partnership with independent consultant network MBA & Company.
MBA, headquartered in London and with a presence in New York and Singapore, boasts more than 20,000 vetted independent consultants in more than 130 countries and with 'experience from large consultancies and world-leading businesses'. Its technology platform helps find appropriate individuals within this and set them to work.
InsightBee is owned by research and analytics outsourcing firm Evalueserve, and offers competitor analysis, executive profiles, company reports and wider industry analysis. The two-part process begins with the generation of draft report by a proprietary engine called K-Hive, and then sees a global team across locations including China, Chile, and India conduct further research, validate and synthesize the data. Sources for the first phase include the likes of McGraw Hill, Thomson Reuters, Avention, D&B, Kompass and Profound.
The new partnership has two main planks: MBA's 20,000 consultants will get easy access to InsightBee's reports; and InsightBee's analysts will tap the network for expert advice to complement their desk research.
