Culture Consultancy Launched in London

In London, former Hall & Partners and Research Now exec Ashley Walker has launched a consulting firm, Culture Engineers, which will help clients develop their organisational culture as a principle source of competitive advantage.

Walker (pictured) was Global Marketing & Communications Director at Hall & Partners, helping to launch its Global Brand and Marketing team. Before joining Hall & Partners in May 2013 she was VP, Corporate Communications at e-Rewards in Texas, leading global internal and external communications. Earlier, she was Research Now's Director of Corporate Communications and a Senior Manager at Harvard Business School Ventures.

She is joined in the new venture by communications and social media consultant Heather Milt, and branding and design consultants Jackie Manning and Jenny Devenny. Research Now co-founder Chris Havemann is Strategy Advisor for the company

The new firm will advise clients on internal and external communications strategy, employee experience and employer branding, and developing organisations' shared vision, values, and rollout plans. Its 'Culture Circle' approach helps companies to be Clear about their vision and strategy, values and behaviours; and to support this with effective practices and communication.
