Senior Hires for Clarabridge
Analytics-based CEM specialist Clarabridge has announced two new hires, Ram Ramachandran as SVP of Engineering, and Ines Thornburg as SVP of Global Professional Services.
Clarabridge's SaaS intelligence platform captures customer feedback from a wide range of sources including call centers, social media, inbound emails and surveys; then makes it available to users across an enterprise via real-time dashboards and alerts.
Ramachandran joins after twenty years at BI and analytics firm MicroStrategy, where he was a founding member of the engineering team and most recently served as SVP of Product Development. In his new role he is responsible for Clarabridge's Software Engineering, Cloud Operations and Customer Support groups.
Thornburg joins from CEB where she led the Talent Management Solutions professional and advisory services business, also helping to integrate a number of newly acquired companies. Before this she was SVP of Global Consulting Services at Software AG. In her new role she leads Clarabridge's services organization, with a focus on developing the firm's talent.
CEO Yuchun Lee says the new arrivals - who are both based at the firm's headquarters in Reston, Virginia, 'bring extraordinary expertise to Clarabridge'. Lee comments: 'I have no doubt that with Ram leading our product development and Ines driving forward our professional services strategy and execution, we'll be able to elevate both our core offerings and our client relationships to the next level'.
