Charterhouse Research Hires Two in City

Financial services specialist Charterhouse Research has appointed former Clydesdale/Yorkshire Bank Head of Market Research Marta Kovacs as a Director, to help develop new multi-client studies and ad hoc research. The firm has also hired Helen Davey as Research Manager.

City of London-based Charterhouse conducts ad hoc research and offers access to a number of continuous syndicated surveys. These include the Business Banking Survey of more than 17,000 businesses a year; the Customer Contact Survey which tracks nearly 40,000 bank customer contacts annually; and the Mortgage Intermediary Survey. Kovacs (pictured) joins after two years at Clydesdale/Yorkshire Bank's former parent company National Australia Group, prior to which she served as Head of Customer Experience Research at Barclays UK Retail and Business Bank. Earlier, she held senior roles at Imperial Tobacco, Royal Mail, and Norwich Union Life.

Davey joins after serving as a Managing Consultant in syndicated research at TNS, an Account Manager at NFO, and Client Service Executive at PAS/Infratest Burke. In her new role, she will work with the team managing the firm's multi-client research programme, including the continuous 'Business Banking Survey', and its extension into new markets.
