Analyst Appointments for 84.51

Retail analytics company 84.51 degrees has announced two appointments and two promotions. Brandon Schweitzer joins as an Engineer and Andria Humpert as Senior Business Analyst, while Ben Thurber and Liz Yauch are both promoted to Analyst.

84.51° was formed when retailer The Kroger Co. concluded its joint venture with UK partner dunnhumby, bringing most of the staff of dunnhumbyUSA into a new business with an initial headcount of 500.

Schweitzer is responsible in his new role for Linux and storage administration. He joins from Cincinnati Children's Hospital where he served as Storage Analyst, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from Northern Kentucky University.

Humpert joins the Pricing Product Management team, after a spell as Program Manager at Slacker Radio in San Diego, California. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Western Kentucky University.

Thurber, previously an Associate Analyst on the Health & Wellness team at 84.51°, will now generate insights for The Kroger Co.'s health & wellness business. He holds an MBA from the University of Alabama and a Master of Science from the University of Texas.

Yauch, who is also promoted from Associate Analyst, will produce actionable recommendations through data analysis to help Kroger customers. She earned a Master in Applied Economics from the University of Cincinnati.
