Symphony EYC Hires Sosa to Head Analytics

In the US, customer insight specialist Symphony EYC has hired clientside analyst Adrian Sosa for the newly created position of Senior Vice President of Analytics, Americas.

Adrian SosaSymphony EYC uses customer insights to help clients in areas including strategy and marketing, purchasing and inventory, and supply chain productivity. The firm has offices throughout the US, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia, and in recent months has acquired category management specialist Metiri Mensus and store planning company Fifth Dimension.

Sosa (pictured) joins from membership retailer BJ's Wholesale Club, where he latterly served as SVP, Membership & Analytics in charge of the team responsible for the management and execution of all membership acquisition and relationship marketing and retention programs. Prior to this, he worked for LoyaltyOne AirMiles as VP, Analytics Solutions; and at CVS/pharmacy as Director, Consumer Insight & Analytics. Earlier in his career he held senior roles at M&T Bank and Wells Fargo.

In his new position, Sosa will be responsible for analytics leadership across all clients in the Americas, while developing custom analytics solutions for individual clients, and new analytics methodologies.
