Morpace Hires European Consumer Research Leader

Detroit, USA-based agency Morpace has appointed Helen Armstrong to lead its growing European Consumer and Retail business.

Helen ArmstrongArmstrong (pictured), who takes the title of Director of Consumer Research and will be based in London, brings experience in brand & ad tracking, customer experience, U&A, segmentation, NPD and shopper research, from senior roles at agencies including TNS, Research International and GfK.

The company has additional offices in Los Angeles and Shanghai. European business is currently focused primarily on the automotive and healthcare sectors, but Armstrong will build the Consumer team.
