Bakamo Launches Consumer Motivation Product

Qualitative social media intelligence specialist Bakamo Social has launched a listening product called Market Maps, which it claims reveals the motivations and needs of consumers in any category.

Jonathan 'JD' DeitchThe firm, headquartered in Budapest with offices in London and Geneva, uses a proprietary approach called DeepScape to understand social media conversations and uncover the themes that motivate people to participate in online discussions. The new Market Maps solution has been developed to understand consumer journeys through social media, and can be used to define need-based segments for messaging and product innovation. In addition, it helps identify the factors that drive or limit product adoption, including the impact of different messaging.
