Norstat Names New UK MD
Oslo, Norway-based fieldwork group Norstat has appointed former Survey Sampling director Rosie Ayoub as Managing Director in the UK. In addition, Remek Gabrys has joined the London office as Business Development Manager.
 Ayoub (pictured) joins after more than five years at Survey Sampling, where she latterly served as Client Development Director. Before this, she held senior client / business development roles at Kudos Research, Ciao Surveys/Toluna, and Harris Interactive. In her new role, Ayoub succeeds Matt Reynolds, who left last summer to launch a London-based research consultancy called Vitreous World.
Norstat Group COO Erling Eriksen comments: 'After a long and thorough process with a lot of high profile candidates it was a great pleasure to finally land on Rosie as our new MD for the UK. Rosie has a lot of relevant experience and has greatly succeeded in all former roles and positions. We are finally ready to start working to fulfil our ambitions in the biggest market in Europe'.
Gabrys joins with eight years' experience in sales, most recently as a Client Development Manager at Research Now. Before this, he worked at GlobalData and also spent more than five years working in Beijing, at Euro-Center and Sodexo.
