Razor Research Launches Kids Division

In London, consumer specialist Razor Research has set up a kids-focused business unit called Razor Kids, and appointed Leslie Salem to lead it. The firm has also hired Kenny Fox as Associate Director.

Leslie Salem and Kenny FoxFarringdon-based Razor Research offers qualitative support for national and international clients across a variety of sectors, including FMCG, media and technology. Salem joins after a brief spell running her own firm Cookie Research, and before this she worked for boutique qual research agency Spinach where she served as Director of Sprout, the firm's early years, kids and teens unit. Earlier, she held insight roles at Cultivation, FutureBrand, The Body Shop, Headlight Vision and Lever Faberge.

In a statement, Razor Research said: 'We are confident that Lesley's blend of enthusiasm, creativity and total commitment to getting the most out of insights from children, combined with a commercial pragmatism working with our clients will be hugely successful. The whole Razor team are delighted to have this opportunity to add a new moderating skill to their arsenal and we are delighted to have a new offer to bring to our clients'.

Fox joins from Spinach, where he served as Senior Account Manager, having previously been Qualitative Research Manager at ICM Unlimited and at River Research, and an SRE at ABA Market Research.
