QuestionPro Debuts 'Forms' Survey Chatbot

In the US, online survey software provider QuestionPro has launched a new tool called Forms, which uses the firm's existing platform to create surveys that are completed through an interactive chatbot.

QuestionPro offers tools for creation, distribution and analysis of surveys, as well as a platform for polling, tablet-based mobile research and data visualization. The new Forms tool uses AI and machine learning to ask questions and process the responses via a simple chat interface. Forms includes question and answer logic, brand customization, quick deployment with a multi-device interface, and analytics solutions.

App administrators can manage the flow of their form using the multiple logic functions within the chatbot; such as Show/Hide and Text Piping. Each form can then be customized to match a company's branding guidelines, including color palettes with HEX codes and the option to upload a logo. The forms can be distributed to users through a customizable link via e-mail or social media, as well as by embedding within a web site. No matter how the form is distributed, the chatbot can be viewable across all devices.
