Brainch Named MD in Impact Research Restructure

Surrey, UK-based Impact Research has been restructured, with Dawn Mulvey promoted to Head of Utilities, Stuart Grant heading Consumer, Monika Swift the New Generation unit and Jamie Margerison managing Healthcare, all now led by co-founder Michael Brainch as Managing Director.

Impact was founded in 2010 by former Holden Pearmain execs Darryl Swift and Brainch (pictured). The firm provides bespoke quant and qual services for clients across a number of sectors, using methods such as conjoint analysis and CHAID, as well as a range of different techniques for concept and packaging testing. The new system of distinct business units is intended to enhance client service.

Brainch previously served as Head of Utilities, and Swift now moves from MD to Chief Executive Officer, with a focus on driving continued growth and client relationships internationally. Commenting on Brainch's promotion, Swift said: 'Michael fully deserves the appointment of MD. He's done a fantastic job when heading the Utilities division, both in leading by example and by nurturing and developing our key accounts.
