Impressive Growth for UK's ABA
UK-based retail insights firm ABA Research has announced revenue growth of 14 percent, to £7.7m, in the year to March 2017.
The company was founded by Alison Bainbridge in 1994, employs 107 staff and has offices in St. Albans, London and Leeds. Its work helps shape retail propositions, track brands and monitor customer experience with a focus on emotional response.
During the year in question, the firm added new clients including Next, TK Maxx, Vue and Boden, and introduced new techniques focused on customer experience, complemented by partnerships with Mopinion and Spotfire. It also opened an office in Moorgate, central London, and scooped the Agency of the Year and Trusted Advisor awards from client side association AURA.
