Visual IQ Hires IBM's Colarusso
In London, marketing intelligence software firm Visual IQ has appointed former IBM exec Theresa Colarusso as Senior Vice President of Customer Success.
 The firm's IQ Intelligence Suite combines audience data with attributed measurement in a single platform, providing marketing and advertising performance insights, and channel optimisation recommendations. Colarusso (pictured) joins from IBM, where she served as Director of Global Client Success, setting up an initiative for the company's Analytics Platform Solution division, and establishing a Client Success dashboard to provide a view into the 'health' of existing clients. Her background also includes leadership roles in customer success, training, services and support, gained at marketing software provider Unica Corporation, and HR recruitment SaaS solution provider VirtualEdge Corporate.
In her new role, Colarusso is tasked with building and leading a team of account managers, business analysts and solution architects to support sales efforts. CEO and co-founder Manu Mathew comments: 'Having Theresa on board is exciting as her experience at such a pivotal point for the company will ensure our team has the capabilities required to deliver stellar service to our customers across the globe.
