New Staff for Fast-Growing Bonamy Finch

Surrey, UK-based agency Bonamy Finch has hired three new members of staff, including former PepsiCo exec Louise Hanlon, following a 31 percent increase in turnover for the financial year ending June 30th 2017.

Louise Hanlon, Priya Patel and Saroop GillFounded in 2005 by former Research International Director Leigh Morris, Bonamy Finch combines full service research with in-depth knowledge of advanced analytics. Hanlon joins as Senior Consultant in the Advanced Analytics team, from her previous role as Senior Manager, Global Demand Science at PepsiCo. Prior to this, she worked for Kantar Millward Brown as Director, Brand Strategy; she was Head of Analytics and Research Design at iSky; and she spent a decade at Research International, latterly as AD, Marketing Science. Her areas of expertise include segmentation, brand equity and positioning, and product/pricing optimization.

Patel joins as a trainee Research Executive in the Research Solutions team, after graduating from Brunel University, London, where she undertook an industrial placement at pharma giant Bayer, conducting market research on competitors and cost-benefit analysis through literature reviews. Gill joins the Advanced Analytics division as a trainee Analytics Executive, after graduating with a degree in Business Mathematics and Statistics from the London School of Economics, and then working at Morningstar as a Real Time Data Intern, conducting market data analysis and working on compliance and technical admin.

Commenting on the news, Morris said: 'We are delighted to welcome our three new team members, who each bring different skills and perspectives to our business. We have had a positive year, with good streams of revenue growth from across our business, but particularly both our established expertise in segmentation and the emerging area of multiple source analytics. Two thirds of our revenue comes from outside the UK, and we are focusing on strengthening our client service teams where necessary to mitigate any potential negative commercial impact of Brexit'.
