Consumer Agency C Space Hires BBC HR Head

In the UK, consumer collaboration specialist C Space has hired former BBC exec Zoe Cotter-Morton for the newly created role of Human Resources Director, driving its 'people strategy' and supporting growth.

Zoe Cotter-MortonOwned by Omnicom and previously known as Communispace, the firm helps clients build relationships with target customers through private online communities, immersive storytelling, activation events and innovation projects. Headquartered in Boston, London and Shanghai, with additional offices in Chicago, New York, San Francisco, Amsterdam and Mexico City, it has recently launched a new internship programme and will add an Apprenticeship Scheme later in the year.

Cotter-Morton (pictured) joins from BBC Worldwide, where she served as Head of Human Resources, before which she was Global Head of HR at Internet and entertainment company iROKO; Head of HR at communications group freuds; Senior HR Advisor for beauty brand Clarins; and HR Advisor for Harrods. In her new role, she will be part of the EMEA Management Team, and a member of the 'Global People Board'.
