Invoca Launches Phone Call Insight Tool

In the US, phone call intelligence company Invoca has launched a tool called Signal AI, which uses machine learning to uncover insights from a mass of phone conversations with customers.

Gregg JohnsonInvoca's Voice Marketing Cloud gives marketers access to campaign attribution data to analyze what's being said in online conversations. The new Signal AI tool analyzes the entire context of the conversation for language patterns in real-time, and identifies customer intent and behavior, as well as the outcome of the call. Users can analyze off-line phone conversations and optimize digital marketing campaigns in the same way they do for online conversions.
