Chime Insight & Engagement Expands in UK and Australia

Chime Insight & Engagement Group (CIE Group) has appointed Andy Firman as Research Director in its London-based agency Opinion Leader; while Andres Mendes joins the group's digital specialist Watermelon as a Consultant in Sydney.

Firman has more than ten years' experience working with clients in the travel and transport sector, from work as Head of Qual at AECOM, Research Director at Outlook Research, and Director at Diagnostics. In his new role, he will be responsible for strengthening full service agency Opinion Leader's position in the travel/transport sector.

Mendes previously worked as an Account Director at both DBM Consultants and Roy Morgan Research, covering sectors such as banking and finance, and telecommunications and technology. He joins Watermelon primarily to focus on managing and maintaining key account relationships, and driving existing accounts, while seeking new opportunities in fieldwork, ad hoc, and voice-of-the-community projects.
