Sprinklr and Reddit in Customer Listening Deal

In the US, social media tracking specialist Sprinklr has partnered with news aggregation, web content rating and discussion web site Reddit, to help clients listen to what their customers are saying and analyze trending topics.

Through the deal, brands will be able to access historical and real-time Reddit data, send and receive private messages, and publish to a Reddit 'subreddit' forum, all within Sprinklr's platform. They will also be able to listen to and analyze conversations in real-time; predict how audiences will react to new ad campaigns, events and marketing content; segment audiences for targeting; and measure the reach, relevance and conversions of ads on Reddit.

Elizabeth Closmore, Sprinklr's VP of Product Evangelism and Partnerships, says the integration takes a process that was previously time consuming and siloed, and simplifies it so companies can centralize customer engagements across social media channels on one platform. Alex Riccomini, Reddit's Director of Media Partnerships, adds: 'As home to the most diverse and authentic conversations on the Internet, Reddit is a trove of consumer insights and an increasingly valuable component of any brand's social and engagement strategy.
