MAPP Digital Promotes Warren to CEO

In the US, marketing tech company MAPP Digital has promoted Steve Warren to Chief Executive Officer.

The company was launched in 2016 by investment firm Marlin Equity Partners, combining the digital marketing-related business it had acquired from Teradata Corporation and its e-mail marketing company BlueHornet Networks. MAPP Digital's Customer Engagement Platform helps users identify consumer and behavioral data and streamline insights, in order to acquire new customers and grow brand affinity. The business is headquartered in San Diego, with European Operations in Munich, and R&D and sales/customer support centers in Europe, the Philippines, Israel and the US.

Warren (pictured) joined in 2016 as Chief Revenue Officer, responsible for the company's global sales, account management and professional services portfolio. He previously worked for analytics solutions giant Teradata as Chief Customer Officer, and held senior roles at Fifth Gear (formerly Sigma Micro) and its sister firm Reverse 911, as well as telecoms firms AT&T and Nuvox.
