Key Player From Chelsea Transfers to ORC
ORC International has announced the appointment of Mark Beauchamp, formerly Research and Consultation Manager at the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, to the role of Associate Director in the public sector research division.
Beauchamp has more than 20 years' experience working for a number of local Authorities and will focus on providing specialised research services to Local Government and Housing organisations.
Commenting on the appointment Rory MacNeill, head of ORC International's public sector division, said: 'Mark's wide experience of consultation and research techniques will compliment the mix of skills we currently have in the team, and his focus will be on research that informs public policy and gauges the needs, views and opinions of stakeholders within the public sector'.
