Yankee Group Appoint Senior VP
Comms and networking researchers The Yankee Group have announced the appointment of Michael G. Mahan as Senior Regional Vice President of Sales. Mahan is based in San Mateo, Ca. and will be responsible for sales team management and business development for the Group's western region. He worked previously for RHK, Inc. in San Francisco.
Mahan was senior vice president, sales and client services for RHK, and previously served as MD at IntelliQuest/Zona Research, after various sales management positions with Gartner Group / Dataquest.
Peter Rumpel, Yankee Group executive vice president, sales and marketing, says Mahan brings 'experience, insight and energy' to the Group: 'Mike's industry track record, management skills and proven client service capabilities can help us deliver unprecedented value to our West Coast customers'.
