SHC Adds to Global Qual Services Team

In London, custom research and online data firm SurveyHealthcare (SHC) has expanded its Qualitative team with the appointment of Tamara Burke as Director, Qualitative Business Development, and Michela Gonano as Project Director, Global Qualitative Services.

Previously known as SHC Universal, the firm provides project management, sample access and custom survey solutions in the sector. Burke (pictured), who joins with more than fourteen years' pharma/healthcare MR experience, most recently helped build qual patient fieldwork agency Liberating Research, where she served as Director of Business Development. Prior to this, she was Qualitative Head of Department for Lightspeed All Global, responsible for recruiting and maintaining the qual fieldwork team. Gonano, who has more than fifteen years' fieldwork experience, joins from the healthcare division of Simpson Carpenter in London, where she served as Project Manager. Earlier, she held international fieldwork management roles at full service marketing agencies across the UK, including Aequus Research and Harris Interactive.

In her new role, Burke will lead the expansion of SHC's global qual offering, while Gonano will be responsible for planning and executing all project activity, working in conjunction with internal team members, survey panellists, and recruitment teams.
