20|20 Introduces Slow-Build Lean Community
In the US, research technology and services provider 20|20 Research has launched its Lean Community solution, through which researchers can grow their community over time, avoiding the up-front expenses of a traditional research community.
From its headquarters in Nashville, and offices in Denver and Chicago, Charlotte and Miami, the firm combines proprietary technology and recruiting to offer solutions for qualitative and hybrid research. Its new Lean Community offering can be hosted and managed on 20|20's flagship QualBoard enterprise platform, enabling respondents to provide feedback through qual diaries and group discussions, real-time video chats, and quant polls.
With regard to the Lean Community solution, 20|20 will recruit the initial community population through its proprietary nationwide panel, and keep respondents active throughout the project. CEO Isaac Rogers (pictured) comments. 'We are hearing from more and more researchers that the high costs of a traditional community, along with the desire to be more agile and have the flexibility to follow emerging trends, has led them to seek an alternative way to engage consumers for ongoing insights. Lean Community's costs are a fraction of a traditional community because researchers are only adding the respondents they need to invite along the way.'
