PDI Acquires Retail Data Firm CStorePro

In the US, enterprise software solutions firm PDI has acquired CStorePro Technologies, whose mobile software provides single-store operators with a view of their sales, pricing and promotional data in real-time dashboards. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

CStorePro's SaaS software powers over 2,500 locations, enabling owners to monitor and manage their pricing and store operations from anywhere. The tool combines operational and sales data to help optimize pricing, purchasing, inventory, HR and regulatory compliance; and to execute promotions and offers.

PDI says the CStorePro software will be merged with its own Marketing Cloud Solutions; and combined with its Loyalty Management Portal to support local stores.
