Comms Agency Influential Names Head of Research

In the UK, communications agency Influential has appointed consumer insight specialist Duncan Swan as Head of Research.

Duncan SwanManchester and Liverpool-based Influential helps clients manage and enhance their brand reputations through PR, public affairs, marketing, design and digital solutions. Sitting alongside the agency's existing marketing services, its Insights specialisms include concept tests, strategic market surveys, consultations, brand health studies and customer satisfaction surveys.

Swan (pictured) joins after seven years as a Director of full-service MR agency Vision One, where he specialised in FMCG and customer insight research. Earlier, he led Mott MacDonald's Quant team; conducted research on behalf of multi-national pharma companies at Adelphi International Research; served FMCG clients at SGA Research International; and spent more than a decade at TNS Sofres.
