Three More Canadian Hires for Maru/Blue

Respondent access specialist Maru/Blue has appointed Diane Gawlik as Director of Strategy and Development, Enterprise Sales; and Arun Venkataraman and Magdalena Morello as Research Directors.

Gawlik (pictured) will be based in Vancouver and brings more than twelve years' experience, most recently as a Territory Manager at wines company Vins Philippe Dandurand, and earlier in Account Exec roles at Pulp&Fiber Inc. and MacLaren McCann.

Venkataraman, also joining in Vancouver, has worked at YouGov for the last six and a half years, in RM and Senior RM roles, after spells at Godbe Research and NuVista Strategies. Morello will be based in the Toronto Office. She worked at Ipsos Reid for three years, then moved client side to CBC/Radio-Canada where she was a Research Officer and Senior Research Officer, for seven and a half years, broken in the middle by a year at the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care.

Fast-growing Maru/Blue announced a dozen appointments last week, including the promotion of Tara Caughlin to Senior Director of Operations in New York, and Angela Tang to Senior Director on the Sample and Feasibilty team in Canada.
