Woolger Leaves Chime for Kantar CX Role

Kantar has appointed Chloe Woolger as Commercial Director in its Customer Experience (CX) team, based in its London headquarters and reporting to Tim Pritchard, MD of CX at Kantar UK.

Chloe WoolgerShe joins from Chime's Watermelon Research, where she was Marketing Director for three years, following four and a half years in marketing and client services roles at Chime Insight & Engagement (CIE). She also spent two years at Opinion Leader, and earlier in her career worked for six years in customer service in the automotive sector, for BMW and Jaguar dealers.

In her new role, Woolger will work closely with Kantar's UK marketing team to develop Kantar's go-to-market strategy for CX, managing client and business development activities; and to strengthen its partner ecosystem, working with Medallia and Qualtrics.

Over the last 18 months, we have secured over £20m in new CX contracts including client wins such as Bupa, Hyundai, Virgin Atlantic and Virgin Holidays and most recently Post Office and Nationwide Building Society.
