Firefish Hires New Chief Operating Officer

London-based strategic insights consultancy Firefish has appointed long-time WPP exec Natalie Pilch as Chief Operating Officer.

Pilch (pictured) joins after eighteen years working for WPP agencies, latterly as London CFO for brand agency network Superunion, which involved merging four WPP agencies into one unified entity. Previously she was CFO of one of those agencies, Lambie-Nairn, having earlier worked for The Partners as Finance Director, then CFO.

Commenting on the appointment, CEO Jem Fawcus says Pilch 'came highly recommended', and adds: 'As with all things at Firefish, it is about great people having a great place to work, delivering great work for our great clients and having Natalie overseeing all operations for the group, we can keep delivering on that at a global level'.
