TapClicks Buys Dashboard Firm Megalytic

In the US, digital marketing and performance analytics specialist TapClicks has acquired Megalytic, which provides client reporting and dashboard solutions. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

New York-based Megalytic is used by digital agencies, marketers and business owners for more insightful and better looking analytics reports, and will now offer access to hundreds of proprietary data connectors via the TapClicks MarketPlace. The acquisition follows TapClick's recent takeover of SaaS-based competitive intelligence solutions provider iSpionage, which specializes in landing page surveillance, web site monitoring and competitive keyword research for advertising, search marketing and SEO.

Megalytic founder and CEO Mark Hansen (pictured) joins TapClicks as Vice President of Data Product. Colby West, President of TapClicks, comments: 'Megalytic's beauty is in its simplicity and power.
