Caldwell Joins Panelbase in Innovation Role

In the UK, online research supplier Panelbase has hired research veteran Johnny Caldwell in the newly created role of Innovation Consultant. He is based in London.

Johnny CaldwellHeadquartered in the north of England, Panelbase provides clients with a range of services including sample-only, scripting and hosting, tabulation, community recruitment, qual recruitment, product testing and mobile app testing. The firm also offers access to a research community with more than 270,000 UK adults, as well as a specialist kids and teens panel with over 50,000 under-16s opted in by their parents and guardians.

Caldwell (pictured) joins with almost 30 years' MR industry experience. Most recently, he was MD of panel and data collection firm Netquest, before which he worked for Voice of the Customer specialist Nepa, joining its London office in 2012 and becoming UK MD a year later. Before Nepa, he worked at Research Now (now part of Dynata) for eight years, initially as Director of Client Services and then as Director of Knowledge and Strategy; and earlier in his career he was European Director for Research at Red Sheriff/Nielsen/Net Ratings; Research Manager at The Research Business International (TRBi); and Research Manager at ORC International.

In his new role, Caldwell will contribute to Panelbase's service and product innovation, while also broadening the firm's client base.
