Qualtrics Names Aus/NZ Country Manager

US-based experience management specialist Qualtrics has appointed former Salesforce exec Brigid Archibald as Country Manager for Australia and New Zealand.

SAP-owned Qualtrics helps brands continually assess the quality of their four 'core experiences' - customers, employees, products and brands. Its Conjoint XM solution scientifically identifies consumers' preferences for different features by automating the testing of various package combinations; using images as part of the feedback process; and enabling companies to scale studies globally with translation capabilities allowing for multiple languages.

In Australia, Archibald (pictured) joins from CRM software giant Salesforce, where she latterly served as Regional VP, Commercial Sales in Sydney. Prior to this, she worked for American Express - initially in company sales and account exec roles, and more recently, as Head of Sales, Australia & New Zealand for American Express Global Business Travel.
