Enero Group CEO to Step Down
Australian research and marcoms group Enero Group - which owns MR agencies The Leading Edge (TLE) and Jigsaw Research - has announced that CEO Matthew Melhuish will be leaving the company next March to 'pursue other opportunities'.
 Melhuish (pictured) joined the group then known as Photon in 2012, having earlier co-founded ad agency BMF in 1996, and sold it to Photon for $25m back in 2007. He plans to remain with the group until the end of next March, after new Chair Ann Sherry takes up her role.
In a statement, Melhuish said his resignation had been a very hard decision to make. 'There's never a perfect time to do these things, but now seems as right as it ever will and I would like to build myself more of a portfolio life and bring some of the lessons I have learned from renewing Enero to other businesses and industries. It's been a great ride and I have loved my time here, but it's time to move on and I remain a committed shareholder', Melhuish added.
