Partnership for Dynata and CMNTY

Online community specialist CMNTY corporation has announced a partnership with first-party data and insights platform Dynata, promising to help brands improve audience engagement via a more complete picture of customers.

Maxim SchramCMNTY was founded in the Netherlands in 2007 by Maxim Schram (pictured), and opened an NYC office in 2015. The latest version of its platform includes quant and qual data collection, features the CMNTY Pulse moderator's dashboard, and also filters language and organizes content using bookmarks. The firm combines a Do-It-Yourself solution with a full service offering, from strategy to design and moderation. The new alliance adds these capabilities to Dynata's access to 62 million consumers and business professionals.

Hugh Davis, President, Dynata Solutions comments: 'Our fully-permissioned first-party data, capturing hundreds of data points, delivers the level of data quality and scale to drive [customer] insights. Adding Dynata Communities, in partnership with CMNTY, will help our customers gain deeper understanding of their consumers leading to higher retention and brand loyalty, ultimately leading to revenue growth'.

Schram says of the deal: 'By integrating Dynata's rich first-party data set into our software, we enable our clients to find the right connections in just a few clicks. Building a new brand community or adding potential customers to an already existing community is now easier than ever'.
