Nuvi Extends 'Listening' Platform
Lehi, Utah-based social media 'listening' platform Nuvi has added a suite of collaboration and engagement solutions to its analytics platform.
Nuvi, which provides real-time social media research, monitoring and analytics, was acquired eighteen months ago by Brickfish, a social media management specialist headquartered in Chicago.
The new solutions promise clients help providing high-quality customer experience at each touchpoint by assessing current experience across all social and other online platforms. The suite of products comprises Listen, Plan, Publish, Engage and Analyze:- Listen taps a new Language Engine, with a claimed 80% sentiment prediction accuracy, 'attained through analysis of eleven language factors across millions of online sources'.
