Dive Buys Mystery Shopping Firm Servicemind

Central and Northern European customer service feedback specialist Dive has acquired Danish mystery shopping firm Servicemind.

Kerli SoosaarDive focuses on customer service improvement via mystery shopping and the collection of client feedback; while Servicemind, which will continue to be run by Managing Director Søren Lybye, is well known in the Nordic region for mystery shopping, exit interviews and customer satisfaction studies. Following the buy, Dive now employs more than 70 people in 5 countries, and performs more than 130,000 mystery shopping visits each year.

Kaspar Jänes, Chairman of the Board of Dive, says of the move: 'Servicemind has been a solid provider of mystery shopping and customer satisfaction studies for many years in Denmark and was looking for a partner with whom to keep growing and progressing. It matches perfectly with our plans to grow our professional team and expand geographically'. According to Dive CEO Kerli Soosaar (pictured), 'Having an office in Denmark and a larger shopper database in Scandinavia gives us significantly better possibilities to cover the whole region. Our fundamental goal has been to have representative offices in all the countries we serve. This enables us to understand national specifics, be close to our clients and support them in their local language'.
