Former Coke Research Leader Joins Delineate Board

UK-based insights and marketing analytics firm Delineate has given former Coca-Cola research and analytics leader Martyn J Crook a seat as an advisor on its Board. He is based in the US.

Martyn J CrookThe company, which was founded in 2016 by former BT research head James 'JT' Turner, combines opinion research, artificial intelligence and data science to provide solutions for marketing and communication challenges. Crook (pictured) joins the Board after running decision sciences and analytics for The Coca-Cola Company; building the marketing research and analytic capabilities team at Kimberly-Clark; leading a team developing marketing solutions using data and analytics at Microsoft; and building the UK and European research, analytics and category management teams at General Mills.

During his career, Crook also spent a decade on the External Advisory Board of the AC Nielsen Center for Marketing Research; and he has held a seat on the Board of the Marketing Science Institute for more than sixteen years. He currently serves as VP, Business Insights at UnitedHealthcare.

In his new role, he will help shape the marketing analytics capabilities of Delineate's platform. Commenting on the appointment, Turner said: 'I have worked with Martyn for almost 25 years and his experience in the application of analytics is second to none. I am thrilled he has joined the Delineate Board and I know he will accelerate our plans to help brands understand the world in real time'.
