Field Sauce Founder Launches 'Kidz' Arm

Naomi Gooblar, the founder of London-based qual and quant fieldwork services firm Field Sauce, has set up a dedicated team called Field Sauce Kidz, working with young people aged from 0 to 20, as well as their parents and educators.

Naomi GooblarGooblar (pictured) set up Field Sauce in 2016 after co-launching research management services collaborative group The Ignite Collective, and founding The Fieldbox. Earlier, she held positions at i-view, Viewpoint Services, Illuminas and ORC International.

Her new business already operates in more than 44 countries through a network of senior level specialists who are bilingual with English included. Field Sauce Kidz offers everything from project design to analysis, working across all time zones and languages, and providing custom recruitment for every study. The team also recruits a wide range of childhood experts such as teachers, sports coaches and therapists, and clients are a mix of specialist research agencies, teams and brands operating in this field.

Members of this new team are Ella Fryer Smith, Head of Design / Lead Researcher, who began her career at Ipsos and has been involved in a wide range of work centered around children and young people; Sarah Umar, the team's Senior Moderator, after a career working in the child and youth sector at agencies including Sound Research, Research Now, GfK and i-view; and Florence Child who serves as Fieldwork Manager, after joining Field Sauce last year.

Commenting on the launch, Gooblar said: 'There are so many wonderful research agencies who specialise in this area and we've enjoyed working on these types of projects regularly for years. We felt it was time to create a fieldwork team to service those clients in a way that really understands and addresses their needs. We feel we have something exciting, new and valuable to offer in the world of child and youth research'.
