Liveminds Hires APAC Regional Office Leader in Manila

Research participant recruiter Liveminds has hired former Nielsen exec Kate Domingo to head its APAC regional office in Manila, in the Philippines; where it has also appointed Tristan Chong and John Paul Ocat as Behavioral Recruitment Executives.

London-based Liveminds' 'Behavioural Recruitment' approach, which was awarded Best Support Service in the 2018 MRS Operations Awards, is used to find research participants matched on social media networks, powered by big data on two billion people in 190 countries. Last year, the firm expanded to Manila and Chicago.

Domingo (pictured) joins as APAC Account Lead after twelve years at Nielsen, where she led the TV Audience Measurement and Advertising Intelligence products, while managing broadcaster and media agency clients in the Philippines. In her new role she will both oversee the Manila team, and be responsible for building relationships with brands and agencies to establish the company's service in the region. She is joined by Chong, who previously worked as an exec at recruitment agency Alexander Mann Solutions; and Ocat, who most recently served as Social Media Marketing Specialist at influencer marketing agency iProfit Social.
