Fuze Gets Patent for Live User Data Analysis

Boston, MA-based communications platform Fuze has been awarded a patent for a system using machine learning to analyze live user data and historical communications patterns, to inform predictive models that can direct incoming requests from customers or employees.

Rob ScudiereFuze's enterprise communications and contact center platform allows home workers to communicate anywhere, any time, and using 'any' device; and to transition between calling, meeting, chatting and sharing, powered by intelligent cloud architecture.
